  I have not made any medicines from scratch – but I do test those that other people make (so I’m not the chef – but the taste tester!).
  
  With my work, I’m not allowed to say exactly what medicines I do test as its confidential – however I do test a lot of common medicines that you may have seen being used such as inhalers, different tablets etc. I also help test some brand-new formulations that may be used in medicines one day in the future – these ones don’t even have a name yet and are simply known by their ‘code’.

no – because that not really my job. I have found out about the side effects of some medicines though. Sometimes they don’t always work they way the scientists hope they will.
