  Yes it can!
  This can also be measured with the spirometer that will measure your lung capacity.
  
  If you had a ping pong ball on a table and blew on it gently it would move a little. If you blew a short but hard breath on it the ball would travel much further.
  
  To help find your usual distance you would do the experiment 3 or more times
